Best Age - Pilates

You are only as old as you feel - and thanks to Pilates Best Age, you will feel even younger. Unfortunately, mobility, muscle tension and strength, as well as performance and concentration decrease with age. While this can’t be entirely avoided, it can be postponed with regular Pilates training.
Pilates is a holistic training method that uses precise, slow and gentle movements, concentration and conscious breathing to strengthen muscles, both large and small, in particular the deep-seated trunk muscles. Poor posture and coordination improve, body and mind are brought into balance and general well-being increases. With Pilates, the spine becomes more flexible and tension in the neck and back are relieved.

During training, you will also receive tips on how to incorporate simple Pilates exercises into your daily routine. You only need comfortable clothes and a little curiosity. We train with or without props and small equipment
