Allegro Reformer Training
Training on the Allegro Reformer is the heart of the Pilates method. It ideally prepares you for training on the mat. The cable pulls attached to the Allegro Reformer and the movable seat or lying surface give your training a new dimension. Since you are working against resistance, you perform movements in an isolated and precise manner and you can continuously increase your training intensity. In short: you build strength, improve your coordination and flexibility and optimize your posture.
The Allegro Reformer training is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and physical ability. If you have no experience with the Pilates method, an individual beginner's training, a beginner's workshop or an Allegro Reformer introductory training is a prerequisite for participating in the group training.
