As the day gently draws to a close and the city settles, our shared movement begins – flowing, strengthening and mindful. On the rooftop terrace of Campus Muristalden, space opens for fresh energy – calm, clear and centred.

You connect with your breath, strengthen your body as a whole and allow yourself to let go. The exercises support strength, mobility and balance, guiding you back to a natural, steady rhythm.

Each session is inspired by the current full moon and the zodiac sign it is in, giving every class its own distinct quality and focus – at times grounding and stabilising, at times energising and uplifting, at times calm and restorative.

The unique atmosphere of the full moon accompanies you throughout – subtle, yet deeply felt.

After the session, a small full moon refreshment invites you to linger a little longer and ease into the evening.
