60 minutes for your body and mind

Our Mat Pilates sessions are dynamic, precise, and flowing. In 60 minutes, we guide you through a series of exercises – with or without small equipment – combining Pilates, Bodymotion, and fascial training principles. Each exercise is offered in variations from gentle to challenging, so you can benefit regardless of your age or fitness level.

This training improves posture, coordination, and breathing while strengthening your entire body, especially your deep core muscles. It helps you find inner balance and enhances not only your daily movements but also your performance in other sports.

As Joseph Pilates famously said: «After 10 sessions, you feel the difference. After 20, you see the difference. After 30, you have a whole new body.»

Our Mat Pilates offerings

All Mat Pilates sessions are included in the regular Mat membership and can be booked individually.

For a good introduction to mat training, we recommend an individual introductory session or our Pilates Basic.
