Reformer Training

Fluid. Powerful. Personal.

The carriage glides, the springs respond to your movement – and you discover a new sense of strength, control and mobility.

The Reformer’s spring system can be adjusted to suit you. It can support or challenge you through each movement, enabling precise resistance work through both concentric and eccentric muscle contractions.

The quality of your movement is always at the heart of every session. The Reformer is a key part of Pilates apparatus work and complements matwork beautifully. The complete Pilates method also includes the Chair, Cadillac – also known as the Trapeze Table – and Barrels.

What to expect

  • Small classes with no more than six participants
  • Personal, attentive guidance
  • Spring resistance tailored to you
  • Fluid movement sequences to develop strength, coordination and mobility

Getting started
New to the Reformer? You will get to know the equipment at your own pace and develop a feel for the carriage, springs and movement patterns. You can begin with a one-to-one introduction, a Reformer Intro or a group trial class at Level I–II or I–III.

Already have Reformer experience? Our more advanced levels allow you to further develop your strength, coordination, precision and quality of movement.

With no more than six people in each class, we have the time and space to observe your movement closely and offer truly personal guidance.
