Reformer Intro
Your introduction to training on the Reformer
In this class, you’ll learn the fundamental Pilates exercises on the Reformer and develop a refined sense of alignment, strength and control in your movements. Through focused sequences, you’ll strengthen your core, improve posture and movement quality, and enhance the connection between breath and motion.
This class is ideal for getting to know the Reformer, building confidence with the equipment and expanding your Pilates practice. Step by step, you’ll create a solid foundation that allows you to move with ease and joy.
