Reformer Professional Development
Pilates based – Fascia focused – Practical
The Reformer offers a wealth of possibilities for creating precise, functional and personalised movement experiences. Our practice-oriented professional development courses combine the principles of the Pilates Method with FAMO Fascia Movement®, sound theory and practical ideas you can bring straight into your teaching.
The seminars are designed for Reformer teachers and movement professionals who want to deepen their knowledge, discover new perspectives and support clients safely and confidently through different stages of life.
Both seminars are standalone professional development courses and can be attended independently. Active Pregnancy on the Reformer is not part of the Pre- & Postnatal Trainer programme.
FAMO FASCIA MOVEMENT® ON THE REFORMER

The workshop is based on the principles of FAMO Fascia Movement® by art of motion. You will explore innovative techniques that specifically engage the fascia, support fascial glide and enhance movement quality, efficiency and body awareness.

This workshop combines the principles of FAMO Fascia Movement® by art of motion with prenatal Reformer training. You will learn how to support pregnant women safely, functionally and with a resource-oriented approach.
We combine established FAMO techniques with specific Reformer exercises that support stability, breathing, postural ease and functional movement during pregnancy, while also laying valuable foundations for postnatal recovery.
You will explore how the physical changes of pregnancy affect posture, movement and physical capacity and learn how to take these changes into account in your teaching.
