MOVING THROUGH CHANGE – PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE
Understand, embody & support with confidence
Perimenopause and menopause are times of change. Hormonal shifts can affect tissues, fascia, the nervous system, metabolism and the way we move. Energy, sleep, physical capacity, bone health, tissue quality and how the body feels can all change. At the same time, this stage of life offers an opportunity to rediscover the body and consciously support its natural ability to adapt.
Building on The Myofascial Core in Connection, you will deepen your understanding of the physical processes involved in this stage of life. You will connect current insights from women’s health and movement science with embodied anatomy and practical application.
Pilates, FAMO Fascia Movement®, functional anatomy and strengths-based coaching come together to form a holistic approach. You will learn how to tailor training to the needs of women during perimenopause and menopause and support them with confidence, care and an evidence-informed approach.
