Myofascial Release

Releasing fascia – restoring balance

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a holistic hands-on method that gently and precisely addresses the body’s fascial network. Fascia connects muscles, tendons, ligaments, and organs – forming an intricate web throughout the entire body. When this tissue becomes restricted, tense, or stuck, it can lead to pain, poor posture, and limited mobility.

What is Myofascial Release?

Using focused touch and mindful pressure, the fascia is encouraged to soften, release and regain its natural elasticity. This process helps the body return to a centred and balanced posture – relieving strain on joints and muscles and enhancing movement quality.

How does the treatment work?

MFR is a subtle and perceptive technique that engages in dialogue with the tissue. With time and awareness, the body gently realigns itself from within. Depending on individual needs, the treatment may be complemented by light movements, stretches or centring exercises to integrate the effects.

Who can benefit from MFR?

Myofascial Release can support:

  • Chronic tension and pain
  • Postural imbalances and limited mobility
  • Stress-related discomfort or fatigue
  • A desire for greater freedom of movement and body awareness

Your path to ease and balance

MFR is more than a technique – it’s a deeply restoring process that invites you to reconnect with your body, reduce tension, and move with greater ease.

Available as part of a Personal Training session directly via Eversports.

Experiences that move

«After just a few MFR sessions, I felt lighter, more grounded, and noticeably more at ease in my body. It was as if everything had gently shifted back into place – subtle yet incredibly effective.»
